Sometimes USPS tracking information can
be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually
arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days,
but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more
information in the meantime!
If your order has not delivered as promised please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue.

We accept returns
within 30 days of purchase for any reason provided that the product is still in
it's original condition and unused.
We will gladly replace any item that may have been
damaged during shipping. They may only be exchanged for the same product you
purchased within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team
for additional assistance. Photos of the damaged items must be included.
Please note that items shipped using a mail
forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind.
If the order is returned because of it being "unclaimed
/ refused / invalid address" then we will gladly be able to
refund or reship the package.* You can choose whichever you prefer.
original cost to ship is non-refundable. The cost to reship the package
will be invoiced to your PayPal account.
